Hi, I’m Meredith.
I’m an artist by nature and someone who moves to the beat of their own drum. I am really curious about what it means to be here. To be a human.
I’ve always been drawn to expression, to feeling, and to things that make us who we are and how we relate. I’m someone who asks questions, thinks outside the box, and is willing to look a little closer.
I found Breathwork during a time in my own life when I was really struggling with my mental and physical health. The first time I experienced it, something happened that I couldn’t explain. A heavy weight of anxiety seemed to leave my body. My heart opened. My whole body was vibrating.
That experience opened a door.
Breathwork became a way for me to work my body and what I was experiencing, rather than relying only on the mental level.I began taking a closer look at myself, the ways I was treating myself, and how I wanted to feel and live. I became more deliberate about self-love, more connected to my intuition, and curious about what was possible when I worked my energy.
I am a teacher, but I am always a student, too. I’m continually learning, experimenting in my own practice and staying curious about what’s possible. I am a certified Teacher of Presence through Eckhart Tolle, a trained Breathwork Facilitator through David Elliott, and an Advanced Meditator + Student of Dr. Joe Dispenza.
The name The Wild Pull started with my own name. My last name, Wildt, connects to the German word for “wild.”
And the pull represents surrendering to something bigger than the everyday mind: something that can’t always be explained or measured, yet feels deeply familiar.
A force that is both beyond us and a part of us.
